What is the Bonanza Card ?



The Bonanza card is an exclusive facility for Charagh Din customers which gets them more shirt per shirt. For every 15 Charagh Din shirts that you buy you get one shirt of the average price absolutely free! What’s more - it doesn’t matter whether you buy these from the online shop or the Charagh Din store on Wodehouse Road, Mumbai, they all add up!!

For customers who are already bonanza cardholders, all you need to do is login to the site at My CD and you can check the status of your bonanza card. All your earlier purchases are already up on the site. So sitting in Africa, Kerala or Mumbai you can see how many shirts you have remaining to get your free shirt

Does the Charagh Din Online Store have a Returns Policy ?
Yes we do, any shirt delivered within India if returned within 7 days and any shirt delivered outside of India if returned within 15 days will be exchanged.

Do we deliver outside of India?
Sure we will deliver wherever you need us to. Just click on the link below to find out the rates for the country of your interest.


How much time will delivery of the shirts take ?
Within India you will receive your parcel inside of 72 hours of ordering. If the location is remote it may take up to 10 days. Deliveries outside of India will be made within 10 days of ordering.

What are the payment options on the site
The payment options are :

    Are Charagh Din shirt sizes standard ?
    With years of experience in male grooming, we at Charagh Din have realized that a shirt needs to be generously cut to fit you just right. Which is why our sizes are actually a little bigger than most shirts you would find elsewhere. Be rest assured though that the comfort of our fits are the best on the world.     Two versatile search engines power the Charagh Din site. You can choose one of these depending on how much of a hurry you are in and how sure you are what you want to buy. The two options are as given below :

    This search engine is for people in a hurry, you know exactly what kind of shirt you are looking for and want to see it fast. Just type into the search box provided the type of shirts you want to see e.g. Blue striped shirts, beige t-shirts. The engine will search the entire collection for shirt descriptions that match the words entered by you and in one simple click you will have a shortlist of shirts of your choice.

    “I Want to Look Around” -
    For people who are in the mood for a slightly leisurely browse though the store this is the right tool. This search engine allows you to define the type of shirts you would want to go through before you choose. It is a very versatile multiple criteria search engine. It allows you to select shirts based on a combination of 6 or less parameters - size, colour, pattern, purpose, sleeve type and price.

    Can the chosen shirts be matched with the trousers I have ?
    Sure we have a unique facility called the trial room where a range of trousers in various colours and styles are available. You can match the shirts you have chosen with the trousers in the trial room and pick the right shirt for yourself.

    Can I Gift a shirt ?
    Sure you can! After you have chosen the right shirt for that special someone and you are filling up delivery details, please remember to give us the shipping address of the recipient of the gift. Also do select the “Gift Wrap” option so that we can we can wrap the gift and ship it off to the person in question.
